This privacy policy applies to the GBC IT app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Creative Software (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Paid service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you occasionally with important notices or marketing promotions. Certain personally identifiable information may be requested for a better experience and will be retained and used as described in this policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes available on your device or via the app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact info@gbc-it.com.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately. Parents/guardians can contact info@gbc-it.com to take necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider safeguards the confidentiality of your information through physical, electronic, and procedural measures.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of changes.
